Diner Style Pancakes with Stewed Apples

Diner Flapjacks Pancakes

This recipe is the only diner-style pancakes you need in your life. It’s full fat, fluffy, and soaks up whatever saucy toppings you desire! I went with a simple and light stewed apple syrup. My favourite combinations are any of these salted butter, syrup, whipped cream, stewed fruit, powdered sugar and fresh lemon juice.

RECIPE VIDEO BELOW THE RECIPE!

Side note: Allowing the dough to rest in the fridge results in a fluffier pancake. If you’re in a rush and you don’t have the time to allow the batter to rest/refrigerate for 30mins, just know the pancakes will still be deeeelicious.
