The Lazy Chef’s Arrabbiata Pasta

The Lazy Chef's Arrabbiata

So many reasons to have a quick and easy arrabbiata pasta recipe up your sleeve. It’s an absolute pleasure making dinner when it takes minimal effort but you get to enjoy all the rewards in almost no time! I love adding extra garlic and chili to mine… adding the additional sugar brings balance to the pasta sauce and the red wine vinegar just brightens up the whole dish. Grating over a crazy amount of parmesan is also just as rewarding, of course!
